FHS REQUIRED FORMS: these must be completed before athlete can participate in any way. Please have them ready for Saturday, August 27th for 1 PM at the High School Auditorium
NOTE: The physical must have been completed within one year of participation. If your physical expires during the season you must have it renewed or you can’t participate until it is done. Call the school office and ask for the Nurse or Athletic Trainer if you’re not sure. 860-673-2514.
CREW REQUIRED FORMS: these must be competed by FRIDAY, SEPT. 2, 2011OR SOONER, if possible. Please turn them in as soon as they are ready.
