FHS REQUIRED FORMS: these must be completed before athlete can participate in any way. Please have them ready for MONDAY, MARCH 8, 2010.

NOTE: The physical must have been completed within one year of participation. If your physical expires during the season you must have it renewed or you can’t participate until it is done.

CREW REQUIRED FORMS: these must be competed by FRIDAY, MARCH 19, 2010
